Valve Testing & Assembly

John Mills has dedicated valve assembly areas specifically designed in-line with the 5S Principles, including line side tooling and kitting.  These areas have been designed to allow the efficient assembly of our valves from ½” to 24”.

Each Assembly engineer has had assembly training on our full range of products ensuring quality is maintained to our highest standards.

We have experienced valve testers capable of hydro and pneumatic testing of valves from ½” to 24”.  These tests are carried out in our in house test facility using purpose built testing equipment.  John Mills can accommodate on site witness inspection by 3rd party inspectors.

As standard practice, class 150 and class 300 valves are tested in accordance with API 598.
