Lloyd's Approved Foundry
Our Lloyd's Approved Foundry is equipped with high technology rapid melt electric furnaces which are capable of melting a full charge in a matter of minutes producing castings in non-ferrous alloys to suit particular applications.
We cast a wide range of bronze and aluminium bronze materials from LG2 and LG4 to AB2 with a furnace pouring capacity of 500Kg.
In our foundry we work with the internationally-renowned Castings Technology International to continuously improve our pouring and gating methods in order to eliminate porosity, improve yield and reduce material losses.
