Our internal procedures and processes are audited anually by QMS and we currently conform to BS EN ISO 9001:2000

• All our valves are 100% Pressure tested prior to despatch.
• We can supply 3.1b Certification or a free leter of Conformity.
• We can arange on you behalf inspection by Lloyds, DNV or other surveying societies.
• We will accomodate 3rd Party inspection by prior agreement.

We strive to supply quality products to our customers, and perform rigurous quality checks at each stage of our manufacturing life-cycle.

PRE-MELT ANALYSIS
Ingots used in all our castings are chemically analysed by our approved suppliers and mechanical tests are carried out by an independent 3rd Party. This ensures the correct metal composition in all our castings.

CASTING INSPECTION QUALITY
Pre-Machined castings are inspected for quality prior to any further operations.

MACHINING INSPECTION QUALITY
After fully machining a casting, operators fill out record sheets, demonstrating that their part of the job has been compled within tollerance and to a sufficient standard. Their work is then randomly audited

TESTING & FINAL QUALITY INSPECTION
After assembly, testing and a final inspection by fully trained staff is carried out. Only then do we release our products for 3rd party inspection and despatch.
