We can supply quality non ferrous castings and fittings  to meet customers specifications and designs. These  castings can also be machined in-house on one of our  many machining centres.
Our LLoyds Approved Foundry is equipped with high technology rapid melt electric furnaces which are capable of smelting a full charge in a matter of minutes producing castings in non-ferrous alloys to suit particular applications.

John Mills Pattern Shop

Our In-house Pattern shop, enables the creation and cost effective modifications to our casting patterns. This is an important factor in providing good casting turn around times at competative costs.

Our Patterns and core boxes can be produced in hard and soft woods, plywood, polystyrene, resin, glass fibre and some metals.
